Our clinic boasts six dedicated rooms for our highly qualified therapists to assess and treat our clients. We incorporate Myotherapy, Remedial, Sports and Pregnancy Massage, Dry Needling, Taping and other modalities to achieve your treatment outcomes.
In our fully equipped, state of the art studio we offer Pilates, Corrective Exercises and Yoga. Our classes cater for all abilities and levels from the elite athlete to clients needing rehabilitation.

Myotherapy is a physical therapy, primarily hands on, that centers on prevention, correction and rehabilitation of all soft tissue conditions - caring for general wear and tear and minor injuries that occur with lifestyle, work and exercise. Myotherapy deals with all facets of muscular integrity. A Myotherapist uses effective techniques such as deep soft tissue massage, trigger point release, myofascial release, passive and active muscles stretching, heat therapy, myofascial dry needling and other associated modalities.
Sports massage is a specialised form of massage therapy which focuses on enhancing athletic performance and improving post-event recovery for professional or amateur athletes. Sports massage benefits include exercise recovery, rehabilitation, prevention and maintenance and event preparation.
Remedial massage is a therapeutic deep tissue massage that can treat specific health issues, musculoskeletal problems and injuries. It involves the use of massage therapy to treat a variety of ailments. Remedial massage is a system of manipulation of the soft tissues of the body with the hands. Because the soft tissue of the body responds to touch, we are able to manipulate, soften, stretch and increase the flexibility.
Dry needling is a treatment technique in which a thin filament needle is inserted directly into a trigger point within a muscle. This is aimed at releasing tight muscles with the goal of permanently reducing muscle pain and dysfunction. Trigger points are localised areas of muscles that have become tightened. This results in tenderness of the muscle and effects the way the muscle functions, as it is unable to lengthen and contract like a healthy muscle. This maximises the effectiveness of a Myotherapy
We teach yoga in a Vinyasa Flow style; synchronising movement with breath. The style of yoga we teach helps to build strength and flexibility through your entire body while also helping relieve muscular tension, aches and pains, increasing energy levels and promoting a sense of calm. As we vary the classes each week, the practice provides your body, mind and spirit with a challenge yet continues to nurture all aspects. All classes are one hour long and open to all levels. Pilates improves muscle tone, strength and flexibility. Pilates exercises helps develop a strong "core". The core consists of the deep abdominal and pelvic floor muscles along with the muscles closest to the spine. More conventional or traditional workouts are weight bearing and tend to build short, bulky muscles - the type most prone to injury. Pilates elongates the tight and shortened areas of muscle and strengthens the weaker areas of muscle, improving muscle elasticity and joint mobility. A body with balanced strength and flexibility is less likely to be injured.
